Central Heating Inhibitor
People often forget that the system inhibitor needs, to be topped up regularly, after a drain down or when radiators have been off several times for decoration at The Gas Installers we can arrange for an engineer to visit and top-up your inhibitor for you and this can cost as little as £48 plus vat, this will prevent damage to your heating system from corrosion
Central Heating Cleanser
Is your system noisy and the water brown, don’t want a powerflush but do want some form of cleansing we can arrange for a system cleaner to be added to your system, left to breakdown the deposits and return and drain down refill and inhibit your system, this can be arrange just contact us for a quotation.
Disinfection of Cold Water Supplies
If a property has been empty or abandoned for some time we can disinfect and sterilise the water supply and storage within the premise including the replacement of cold water cisterns with bylaw-30 compliant cisterns, just contact us today to discuss you requirements.

Modern boilers due to the way they work produce acidic condensate, this condensate has to be added into the drainage systems, if you have cast iron or metal down pipe or soil stacks this acidic condensate will eat away at your stack or down pipe, one way to prevent this is by the installation of a condensate neutraliser and these should be replaced inline with the manufacturers instructions, if you suffer from damaged down pipe or soil stack or you wish to neutralise your condensate to help protect the environment contact us today to ask about having a condensate neutraliser installed.
